A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

1. Acknowledgement and Binding Effect
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise interacting with the Digitally Analytical website (the “Site”), you explicitly and irrevocably accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and Conditions, which together with our Privacy Policy govern your use of the Site. If you do not intend to be bound by these stipulations, you are directed to immediately exit and discontinue all use of the Site. 7. Limitation of Liability

10. Termination and Suspension
Digitally Analytical may, at its sole and absolute discretion, terminate, restrict, or suspend your access to the Site, at any time, for any breach of these Terms or for any reason it deems fit, including security breaches or suspected unlawful or unethical activity. Such termination is not subject to advance notice and shall be enforced without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Digitally Analytical.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Uttar Pradesh, India

12. Severability and Non-Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is adjudged, by a court of competent jurisdiction, to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited, amended, or severed to the minimum extent necessary to render the Terms enforceable. Failure by Digitally Analytical to enforce any right or provision herein shall not constitute a waiver thereof or of any prior, contemporaneous, or subsequent right or provision.
